4 Years and Student Loan repayments are not taken

Hi I have been in employment for about 4 years since graduating and I have been temping in various jobs and the student loan company have not taken any payments from me? Is this becasue I have been earning under the thershold? If I have earnt over the threshold will they (which im unsure of as they have been temporary jobs) will they make me pay in back dated amounts?

How much are you earning per pay packet? And how often do you get paid?

e.g. do you get paid £1000 a month or what?

The idea is you pay 9% anything over £15k a year.

So if you get paid monthly you pay 9% of what you earn over £1,250 a month.
If you get paid weekly you pay 9% of everything over £288 a week.

You can make extra repayments online if you wish.

You do not have to make back repayments.

Hi I was earning per week after tax I cleared about £400 each week. So I think I must be over the threshold and thats has been for 4 years. If I call them up now and say I want to start making repayments are they gonig to go mad at me for not paying them all this time and make me repay 4 yrs worth of payments? THanks for your help!
