Washing machine, domgen & Whirlpool

Hi,
5 weeks ago my machine broke down, after weeks of the repair company faffing around (even though Domgen were quite happy to write off my machine after the second visit the repair company insisted on trying to fix it) I was offered a replacement a week ago I ordered my new machine through Domgen, but was ordered directly through whirlpool. The new machine arrived today (3hours agao) and it is not working, there appears to be a module problem so no way of me or partner even trying to fix it, so I called Whirlpool and they wont be able to get someone to me until next Weds, to be honest I don't even want the machine anymore as its just my luck that this new one will give me nothing but problems and now means I will have to wait again for a good 2weeks for problem to be solved as they will have to order part and then arrange time to fix once they actually have the part.
Do you think I could get them to take back their useless machine, and even if they did goodness knows if Domgen will allow me to order another?
