Unsolicited Goods (Or Not ?)

A quick question re unsolicited goods.

If a supplier cancels an order (by durable means), refunds payment and then sends the goods do they then become unsolicited goods ?

Yes.
But do not get rid/sell, as there is a time limit (cannot remember how long), where they can collect the goods or charge you.

Not really, this would be an error instead.

Although not covered under the Unsolicited Goods Act, the retailer would be responsible for arranging return at no cost or inconvenience to you.

I will just wait and see what happens. They failed to deliver on the day specified, they did phone and tell me first thing in the morning, but I had to phone up to find out when item would be delivered. They then informed me they have cancelled the order and refunded. The item turned up on the second delivery time. Gotta love large companies and their unjoined-up departments.
