Moving Abroad...

I dont have many ambitions with my life apart from being happy and keeping the people I love happy, but one thing which I really, really want to do before I get too settled (kids, mortgage etc) is to live in Barcelona for a year.

I've wanted to do this since before meeting my OH and as I'm planning to be with him for the long term I told him my plans. He's fine with it, infact, he wants to come too!

I cant explain how excited I am just thinking about it! I know it wont happen for a couple of years yet as I want to be debt free and also have a decent amount behind me incase things go wrong but I want to start the planning process as soon as!

Does anyone have any ideas or tips? I'm going to enrol in a spanish language course next year just to top my skills up.

I was initially thinking of enrolling in a spanish course while out there and maybe doing a part-time job but now I think I would rather do a job out there that maybe required the english language but I don't know where to begin!

If anyone could offer any wisdom I would be very grateful!
