Oh No! All my packets of seeds got wet.
I forgot that I'd left my box of seeds outside last night and it rained. All of the packets are damp to soggy. Are they ruined?
I don't know if I can dry them out or would I be better off planting what I can now?
I'm such an idiot, I got quite a lot cheap at the end of last Summer and from Aldi and can't afford to replace them at full price.

If they're still in their inner packet they should be ok, otherwise you might have to sow them, rather than waste them.I get paid to smell great :j0

Thank you, I'll have to go through them all and check, I'm definitley going to keep them in a watertight tub with a lid from now on.0

Hi
Depends a bit on how wet. If they have started to swell, then you need to plant them.
if not get them dry ASAP, says she who knocked masses of french beans into a bucket of water recently. Dragged them out fast and laid them out to dry and they seem OK.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -

Get them planted ASAP. If not chances are they are ruined. They will either start to sprout or go mouldy.0
