Holidays for single parents

Can anyone please help me.
Looking on the net for cheap holidays away for myself and my daughter is an absolute nightmare. Apart from only seeing my daughter one weekend out of every four. On the rare occasion I do get her for school holidays and want to take her away the Holiday companies then charge me an absolute fortune to go away with her.
Does anyone know any companies that are a little more sympathetic to single parent situations or are they all intent in rubbing salt in all ready open, sore wounds.
Any help would be appreciated in this matter.

Are you looking at holidays priced up for one adult and one child?
Daft as it's sounds, it may be cheaper paying adult fare for your daughter. Although child fares are discounted, they usually attract under occupancy fees, as they child does not count as an occupant.
When I was a single parent, it was cheaper paying adult fares for either one or both of my children. Here I go again on my own....0 -
Whenever I have priced up holidays when I was single, it worked out cheaper for me to pay an adult price for my son, those room suppliments don't half add up.Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0

I took my boys away and just booked everything independently/separately. Flights, accommodation etc and it worked out a lot cheaper than booking a package.“Ordinary riches can be stolen, real riches cannot. In your soul are infinitely precious things that cannot be taken from you.” - Oscar Wilde0
