Lloyds Trade up Credit Card Form

My wife applied by phone for a Lloyds Duo Premier Account (She already has a Premier Bank Account) and has the standard Lloyds Duo Cards so she was told it was a 'Trade' as she was swapping one for the other and she would be send a form to sign and return. After about a week no form so she phoned up and was told it can take up to 10 days for the form.

The form arrived a few days later and it was just a sign and return in the envelope to a Glasgow Address. She posted it last Friday and on Monday she got another 3 envelopes all with the same form (Although this time not pre-completed like the first one) to sign and return to a Brighton address.

She thinks the other forms were sent because she phoned up to ask what had happened to the first one, although why they sent three god knows. Anyway I told her that since she had already sent the first one back before she got the others just to bin the other ones, but she is not so sure as she has still heard nothing (Although I think it is too early) but the address to return to was different.

Slight change of topic - I applied for a Halifax current account and was sent the same forms over and over again. I just ignored them and the account opened fine. Best to call Lloyds to see what the hold up is.
