Nationwide Log in problem !

Last night when I tried to log into internet banking my flexaccount was gone !, I panicked and thought they must have closed it so tried to use their phone banking which did not recognise my password !, panicking even more by now I chose the option to speak to someone and whilst on hold I tried internet banking again and my account was there so I hung up.

But since then (And even now) when I log in my account is not displayed but if I wait a bit and try again its there !. I am still waiting on my PIN number so I cant try my card, but I am worried that they have closed my account !.
