I keep getting a box pop up on Computer start up with the heading

hkcmd.exe-bad image

and then the message

c:\windows\system32\lgfxres.dlll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.

I have no idea what it is but it keeps popping up and takes about 7 clicks before it goes away. It has a large cross in a red circle of the message on the left hand side.
