Wrong house delivery. Royal mail again

some of our mail was being delivered to next door although correctly addressed and the occupant kindly gave the letters to us. However I eventually officially complained to royal mail because a gentle word to our postie was not working. We got good deliveries for a while

The mis-direction has started again only now they are getting to me a month late because next door now belongs to people who live abroad

Grhhh. I have had enough and my dh and I have both filled in the official complaints forms for royal mail. Just getting this off my chest as the letters were important

Will RM do anything?

Probably have a word with the postman/woman who has been on the duty. Shouldn't happen when u have a regular postie. Unfortunately, when they put new guys on duties that they don't know, it does happen. Especially if you have a strange numbered house, or no number on your front door etc etc etc.
