Here's some options:
1. Go see your GP and have a rant at them. They will refer you on to someone
2. Samaritans - that's what they're there for
3. Give Mrs Grouch a cuddle.... Well it works for me!
4. Spend money
5. Drink
Ok; the last 2 weren't that helpful, but I do think the first 2 options are quite a good idea if you don't have a Mrs Grouch (no; she can't be rented, bought, borrowed or otherwise cuddled by anyone else) and you don't even have to know what you're angry about to give either one a go as they will help you anyway.In the beginning, the universe was created.
