I think it will never get honoured, but will be interesting to see what happens.

surely they have to, im going to take a print screen of the page in store and tell them i want it, that way i can be assured of hidden costs ect.

No, they don't have to honour it until the contract is formally agreed and payment is taken (IIRC).
