I am going across London from Euston to Vic and have been told that kids age 5 to 10 travel free with a adult on the underground.
Is this true? I have looked on there website but can not see anything about it.
if someone can let me know that would be great
many thanks.

Yep its true
Students and children 5-10
If you:
Are travelling with an adult (up to four children per adult)
Or are using a 5-10 Zip Oyster photocard
You can get- Free travel on Tube, DLR, London Overground and some National Rail services
- Travel free on London's buses and trams unaccompanied and without an Oyster photocard
