new suite 8 months late

i bought a full suite for cash from john peters in hull. on september 7th 2009,two suites have been delivered the wrong colour , and the foot stool ripped.and i am still waiting 8 months later,for the correct coloured suite.i spent over £3000 decorating my living room to match too.I have wrote 6 letters to head office, i have been in touch with everyone including watchdog for help.I was promised a small refund as a good will gesture but still nothing,said suite due 1st june 2010,how late and am i entitled to a refund of some sort,I am so disgusted,i have never heard of anyone waiting nearly a year for something cash bought an ordered,hope you can help
