buying my first house needs new kitchen

The house i have bought is in good condition except the kitchen is terrible. Now naturally i wont be rushing into anything but i am looking for any advice as to where to go for a reasonably priced kitchen with an oven and hob probably looking at roughly 8 units plus worktops. I already have some floor tiles, fridge, freezer and washing machine so naturally would need extra unites and worktops for those. Not after anything too fancy just something that will make our first home look presentable. Also i know a good kitchen fitter so fitting isnt an issue for me at the moment.
