Not been paid my notice after 5 years employment

    Does your contract state that Company sick pay (full pay) is at the discretion of the employer - you might find that they'll simply pay you statutory sick pay.

    Again depending how long you've been off for - my old company old accrude holiday pay for 6mths.

    Even if that is the case (and even then one gets into the debate about fair and equitable treatment etc) the OP still remained on the staff until the date of her resignation. As such she continued to accrue holiday while off sick which they will have to pay her for.

    The six month limit on this you mention is no longer lawful due to a recent judgement (except for any holiday over and above the statutory minimum of 28 days pa.
