Yes Glowgirl, I read the instructions and used the beginners head. I had a bath and decided to do my bikini line, weirdly enough it didn't hurt as much as my legs, the ankles and knees were the worst, maybe its just the initial shock. I won't be taking it back because I really like the results
. I'll have to cover up tonight though because my skin looks like it will glow in the dark
