Hi
I have a genuine disc from amazon for Roxio Creator 2009 which I had installed on the main pc and then my son also installed it on his laptop (we are both in the same house and use a wireless network if that matters!).
I then had to reinstall windows on the main pc and therefore had to reinstall roxio also. However when I tried to use it, I got a message that there was a microsoft error did I want to send a report - looking at what the report would have said, I take it that there is a problem with using the same code/disc on more than one computer.
Is there any way round this so we can both use it?
If my son uninstalls his, will microsoft then allow me to use it on the pc?

If you want to use more than one instance of the software, I guess you'll have to buy another user license.Remember kids, it's the volts that jolt and the mills that kill.0

Thanks for the replies.
If its not to do with the licence, then I wonder what it would be thats causing the error?0
