I would definitely asked for feedback and then if it good ask them if they would consider keeping your CV if there is any future posts coming up. A frind of mine worked in HR and she used to keep the good applicants back and if they needed temps she would ask them to come back. That way if another job came up you would virtually be an insider.

Sorry but I can't remember if you are employed or unemployed but sometimes if you are not working it can be hard to get a job so perhaps try to do some voluntary work. Also I find that it is not what you know but who you know, that is now I got my last job - headhunted with a 25% payrise - totally unexpected.

Cheer up Annie - I really enjoyed your replies on MSE and I am sure you are a great girl. Keep goiong one day you will get that job.

Hello, Anny Fanny, hugs. I would have wished you luck if Id seen this before but as you didnt get the job all I can say is please dont give up. Keep trying. Eventually someone will appreciate you. We all think you are wonderful and Im sure some employer will see your true worth soon. You obviously put a lot of effort into job hunting. Please dont get too down about it. You couldnt have tried any harder and there's always another job vacancy around the corner! Just go and make yourself a nice cup of tea and a biscuit and try to come to terms with it. It obviously wasnt meant to be but Im sure there's a job with your name on it. I know thats not much use and whatever I say you are goingto be feeling down but sometimes you have to be philosophical and develop a tough skin. Enjoy the weekend and have a look at the local papers and start afresh next week. Love Tes. xxxxxxx. Thinking of you.
