May not be a problem, or then again it might be. I don't think you can take an LPG on Eurotunnel0

I don't like Euro Tunnel anywayHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0

Nope LPG cars aren't allowed on chunnel, apparently its partly because they can't be arsed forking out cash for health'n'safety assessment considering how few cars are and partly because there's many dodgy conversions done over in Eastern Europe.
There are other advantages:
Tax discount, depending on engine size, CO2 output etc. I get £35 per year off my 1.6 Zafira.
If the car and conversion is on the Powershift register (not all are), you can sign up for congestion charge exception (just £10 year admin fee). You will need a certificate of conformity for this, which should have been provided by the converter.
Also LPG cars tend to run cleaner, thus keeping oil cleaner and helping engine reliability.
Most insurance companies don't charge any different for LPG, but I have heard some who do charge higher premiums, so do check. And as with any mod, do let you insurance company know!0
