Housing Benefit/LHA when related to landlord

I am currently on full housing benefit and my parents are the landlords. They are currently in the process of buying another property which i am going to be moving into and claiming housing benefit for again.
I had no problem getting the money for the house i am in now, i gave the council all the paperwork they needed and everything.
Would i have a problem with this place i am moving into? It's in a different area so would be a different council, but will it go against me or anything that i've lived in one of my parents properties before? Or will they give me the benefit so long as i provide all the paperwork and everything?

Google 'contrived tenancy' - so long as you continue to comply with the conditions of renting a property from a relative, such as it being a properly arranged commercially run tenancy (so you pay rent when you have an income, not just when you are entitled to LHA) you will be able to receive LHA for it.0

I don't have a job and havn't done the whole 2 years i've been living here(not through choice), so have always been entitled to full LHA, which i've always received, and paid straigh to my mum and dad.Google 'contrived tenancy' - so long as you continue to comply with the conditions of renting a property from a relative, such as it being a properly arranged commercially run tenancy (so you pay rent when you have an income, not just when you are entitled to LHA) you will be able to receive LHA for it.
So i will move into this new place next month and the date i move in will be the date my tenancy agreement is from and the date i make the claim from. So this will be ok then?0
