1. Promotion open to UK residents aged 18 years+, except Promoter's employees and their families, its subsidiary companies and agencies, plus anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
2. Only 1 entry per person (determined by IP address and unique email and postal address).
3. Only 1 x prize per person. No purchase necessary. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside the control of the promoter it reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
4. Participants who register at https://www.beunstoppable.co.uk/competition by 12pm on 30/09/10 (the “Closing Date”) will receive an entry into the Instant Win Promotion.
5. Full Prize List is the following;

6. A 30 minute treatment consists of:
   • Relaxing footbath
   • Nails trimmed and problem nails dealt with
   • Hard skin removed
   • Removal of callus and corns
   • Moisturizing massage
   • Aftercare advise
7. To enter the competition you will be required to supply registration details. You will then need to click on your chosen handbag to reveal whether or not you have won a prize. The prizes are defined by a Winning Moments mechanic which ensures that prizes are won by those entries on or most immediately following each randomly pre-selected moment.
8. Participants who have won one of the above prizes will be informed instantly. The Winners will then be contacted by email within 3 days of entering the Instant Win for confirmation of their postal address so that the Promoter can send their prize to them. If a winner cannot be contacted within 21 days of the date they took part in the Instant Win Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and make the prize available for winning by another participant . All prizes will be fulfilled within 28 days of winning entry.
9. The Promoter retains the right to enforce restrictions on attempts to enter more times than they should via various means.
10. Bulk, forced or scripted entries prohibited. No entrant can use their computer to enable multiple entries. In this event, that persons entry will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
11. That person will also be banned from any future participation in marketing offers from the Promoter.

13. All winners of major prizes will agree to participate in any reasonable unpaid publicity that may be required. Winner's names will be published on the https://www.beunstoppable.co.uk website, in our COMPEED® emails and in various other print media, after the closing date.
14. Prize winners may be required to provide proof of ID, such as a valid passport, driving licence or current utility bill and will be subject to a verification process to ensure they comply with the Terms and Conditions and ensure legal entry to the promotion.
15. Should the Promoter have any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions; the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to process a win claim. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
16. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person who in their opinion corrupts or affects the proper conduct of the promotion, attempts to damage the website or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion. If such activity is suspected the Promoter will delete the offending entries and compensation or prosecution will be sought through the law.
17. Attempts to enter more times than specified will result in the relevant account being frozen. Repeated frozen accounts will be seen as fraudulent attempts to hack into the website or undermine the promotions' integrity and will be investigated. The Promoter may freeze your account pending and during investigation and your account may be deleted if we are concerned for the Website's security and the integrity of the promotion. The Promoter's decision to freeze and/or delete any account is final.

19. Prize claiming allows winners to claim at ‘no cost' to themselves, all postage and packing will be paid for by the Promoter.

21. Promotion and terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Only one go per person (the Terms and Conditions linky is on the comp page)...

Also says it registers your IP address and unique email/address so if you're found to be entering under multiple names (inc. other family members) you're disqualified from this and any other promotion run by the Promoters :eek::eek::eek:

From the terms and conditions it looks like one entry per person. They can be found just to the left of the play button.

It seems to be letting you have multiple goes. If you go to the home page and then click back on the comp button, it lets you play agian. I've had about 20 goes, still won nowt!
