Ah yeah sorry missed this! anyways ive used firefox and chrome with and with out quidco (cleared cookies etc) have even tried a proxy to make it think im somewhere else and it didnt work

I have done 1 order, but did a 2nd dummy order just to test the process.

1st using IE through the link above. no-top-up added.

2nd using IE through quidco, no top-up added.
