Question about Jury Duty

Wasn't sure where to put this.

I previously deferred jury duty as I was 300 miles away from where the court was.

When asked to defer it, I told them I may not be living in London on the date it is deferred to.

I've not had a letter saying I'm due to attend the end of July but I don't think I'll be living in London at the time and will move up north to live with my parents as I can't afford to keep living in London unemployed.

Since I've read I can only defer once, how can I explain this? It would take me 5 hours to get to the court and 5 hours back and I wouldn't be able to afford the transport either in advance.

When reading about the fines, what if someone was travelling the world for a year or so and had the letters come? Would there be a warrent for their arrest for when they come back?

Any ideas?

Will you or wont you be permanently moving out of the area before that date?
Do you have proof of the move, confirmation of the end of your tennancy, new tennancy agreement, new electoral roll registration etc if so send it to them.
If not and the idea to move is still an idea and not actually happening you're going to have to do it.

I will probably just be moving to my parents until I get myself sorted so will have all my bills etc go there.

I don't really want to move but my benefits are taking so long to get sorted that I'll be evicted otherwise.

There are some contact details here: http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/infoabout/jury_service/contact_us.htm . Get in touch with them and ask them directly to be certain, it does mention on that page about changing address.
