Is there a place to name and shame bad companies?

Hi all, is there a website where you can name and shame bad companies?

Recently there have been two times when I had to ask a company to send someone to fix a problem in my home (plumbing and home appliance). They got paid, but then the next day, the same problem happened. I called them; they said "yes, we will come to check", but they never turned up.

I wrote to Trading Standards service in my council, but they replied that there was nothing they coud do.

I feel very frustrated and helpless. That's why I want to know if there is some place where you can warn others about these companies.
