Greasypalm and Legal & General

I'm new to the forums, but would appreciate hearing from anyone else who has had problems with greasypalm paying on its recent Legal & General insurance offer.
As far as I can see, I've fulfilled all the T&Cs (and waited greasypalm's 120 days before raising the enquiry ticket about non-payment). Legal & General say the fault is with greasypalm; greasypalm say they have no record from Legal & General of the T&Cs being met. Both are blaming each other for non-payment.
Any advice would be appreciated - as would moving this to another board if you think it's appropriate.
