Hi
Someone has supposedly sent me money via gift. But i cannot see it in my history.
The person who has sent it tells me it's unclaimed. Yet i have not received any PayPal emails telling me i have received payment.
Would it show unclaimed in my history if the person had sent it?
Thanks

No it would still just show in your balance.
If ti is showing as unclaimed then the sender has either used the wrong address or has sent a card funded payment and you only have a basic paypal account(which is unlikely)I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. You only need to have sent them the email address linked to your paypal address. If they have used the wrong paypal id then you will never get it, is this someone you trust or could they be stringing you along?
If the payment has gone to the incorrect paypal addy then you would see nothing at all in your paypal account.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
