INR - how does it affect Buyer

I mainly buy on ebay. Ive been buying there for years, but for the first time I have had to file two INR disputes, one after the other.
First was an item that went for 99p, so I think they wanted more. Second was from a new business whose feedback is dropping like a stone. With this lot I realised that there was going to be a problem when they demanded positive feedback before I'd even got the item.
So suddenly I have two items that I have had to raise disputes on and got refunds through Paypal. Is this going to affect my ability to buy. Im not a scammer, but two together like that looks iffy.
What happens if I have to make more complaints? I know there are loads of threads about buyers becoming scammers, but ime the service from sellers on ebay has dropped through the floor.
Grateful for any help.

Wont effect you at all unless you have a serious amount over the average which may flag you up as a problem uyer to ebay. But 2 shouldn't effect you. If you seem to be getting a lot of mail going missing it may be worth contacting the royal mail and flagging this problem up0

Thanks - pretty sure the problem is at sellers end, but I had a word with the postman and it sounds like 'normal' service there. Ill keep an eye out
