Pretty poor customer service...
On their web site
At the bottom of this page http://www.co-operativebank.co.uk/servlet/Satellite/1228376873771,CFSweb/Page/Bank-InternetBanking?WT.svl=nav3 - give them another try (maybe it doesn't have big buttons...).Q. I have sight problems, how will you be able to help me?
If you currently receive large print, audio or Braille statements and have used Internet Banking in 2009, we will automatically provide an alternative version of the Card Reader which benefits from an audio output and enlarged text.
Customers who are new to Internet Banking, or haven't used Internet Banking this year, but plan to do so in the future, can request an audio Card Reader by telephoning Customer Services. There is no charge for this service.0 -
You're a star! :A
Thanks for that.
Off to ring them now!

Smile (part of the Coop) offered me an audio one when I phoned to rant about how impossible it was to use, and I was Not Happy because I don't even need glasses most of the time! They are absolutely DIRE to use and it really puts me off internet banking.
So do let us know if the display is actually readable ...Signature removed for peace of mind0
