I've been left a LARGE number of stamps by a relative that colloected them.
I'd like to see them go to somebody who cares for them, but would also like to make some money from them... as I'm off to uni this September.
I'm not too sure if this is the place to post this... but I wanted to ask: How can I make sure that I put a correct reserve on the stamps so I don't sell them too cheaply - I have no idea of their value?
Any advice would be welcome!!!

I don't know anything about stamps, but when I've seen stamps on ebay before, they don't seem to get a very good price.
I would see if there is somewhere else you could sell them, and do some internet searches to see if any of them are valuable.
Someone else may have more knowledgeIt's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.0 -
You would probably be better off finding a stamp fair or a dealer. Stamps are never as valuable as people think and valuing them individually will be a nightmare.
Like Samrtie says ebay is a buyers paradise for stamps as they go for pennies, but no good for a seller.
