Ex refusing to sign to take my name of joint bank account.. HELP?

You can close a joint bank account with one signature....
And you should be able to place a block on the account if it is in dispute.
If you inform the bank, they may be able to place a stop on the account. Doing this prevents both credits and debits.
Regarding the removing signature, this cannot be automatically done with one signature. It is up to the bank in question, based on the terms of their account as to whether hey accept one signature.Best Regards

Although you may not be able to close it completely you can freeze it so no further transactions can be made if it is in credit.0
