Hi everyone,
I have been quoted the estimate below for some kitchen work and changing blinds and shower.
Can anyone guide is this ok especially cost of oven hob etc and shower. Also is labour cost ok?

1. strip out basin and damaged work-top and replace with new white 38mm worktop complete with stainless steel sink and taps

2. strip out existing oven hob and extractor and replace with new stainless steel oven hob and extractor, make shelf for microwave above oven or blank off if not enough room.

3. supply and fit new shower mixer (found spares on net but they wanted £60 for thermostat and £103 for cartridge) nearly same price to buy new

4. re-fix bathroom basin and check waste not leaking.

5. fit 4 x blinds supplied by client.

material costs

worktop £80.00 sink £80.00 taps and waste £50.00

oven hob and extractor £450.00

shower mixer £175.00

total materials £835.00

labour £350.00

total materials and labour £1185.00 so any suggestions welcome for finding the materials cheap on any particular website.

Thanks in advance.
