MBNA SBTs charge to move Credit balance??

Hi moneysavers,
I've just read Martin's book, and i'm all fired up and inspired, and I'm systematically going thru everything.
Already involved in cc shuffling, and I wondered if anyone can tell me if MBNA - who charge 2% for BTs (except on opening) will still charge this to do a SBT for a balance in credit?
They have some of MY money now, and I want it back!, but don't want to pay them 2%.
Anyone any experience of this, before I download MY money into my currrent a/c.???
I know I could just spend the in credit bal, but would rather have it back into savings!
Anyone help pls?
