MMC or SD card?

As some of you know I've upgraded my phone to an SPV m600. I need to buy a decent memory card for it (1GB), and am wondering whether to go with an MMC or an SD card?

Also, any specific models that people could recommend.

    Well as the slot is for a SD card why would you want MMC?

    The MMC has an extra security feature which your phone probably won't use. I would suggest buying the same type as the manufacturer supplied :)

    It can take an SD or an MMC card in the slot.
