Admin charges on train refund
Hello all. I bought a ticket online from Chiltern Railways online and was going to collect it from the self-service machine at the station the next day to travel. Stupidly took the wrong card to the ticket machine so couldn't get that ticket and had to buy another. Got a refund on the original ticket but they charged 10 pound for admin costs. Is this reasonable on a thirty quid ticket?

If you'd gone to the ticket office you should have been able to get the ticket with just the reference number.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0
