I recently ordered a credit report from Equifax and against my HSBC current account for a period of 9 months where it was not used and had zero balance - I seem to have been hit very hard on my credit rating.
Can anyone offer any advice on this ??
Kind regards,
John

against my current account it details 5 years of payment history.
If all is good each month has a '0' against it.
From Aug 08 - May 09 when I had zero balance and no activity whatsoever happened on this account - it shows
aug sep oct nov dec jan feb mar apr may
1 2 3 4 5 6 6 6 6 0
hope this helps0
