Some nasty scumbag broke into our car at the weekend & ripped the retractable luggage cover. :mad: I don't think we can repair it & have been quoted £160 for a new one. Anyone know where I might get one a bit cheaper? Have been surfing for wreckers etc but only finding mechanical parts so far.

There is a new place in Leeds,called Independent VW spares,Pontefract Road,LS10,who may put you in the right direction,if they can't help you themselves.
And no,I don't work for them,it's just I've seen their premises.
They are a new outfit,so their details are not listed on Yell.com,but I'm sure something like 118 118 or the equivalent,will be able to help you.
