They will love the fact that she has publised herself well in Uni too! I'm doing a degree in fine art and they are always impressed when we carry out 'our own' publising of our work, by goin to craft fetes, working in the community by helping with art.
Slightly off subject I know but I do think its a brilliant idea to include these things and mention them with uni interviews etc.

I agree with others with using etsy. Also if it's possible a stall at a craft fete is a good idea...I've been to a couple and it's such a fantastic feeling to see people interested in things that you've made.

I think that jewellery is a good idea to make a few pennies, The things that you can make are half the price of the things that are available in the shops and have a lovely personal touch.

She's starting on her first 'commissioned' artwork today! A friend of mine is decorating her living room so needs new art for the walls. She is also a child-minder so has lots of people popping in, so maybe she'll get more orders if anyone likes what they see!

Need to get myself to a pound shop to get more canvases!!!
