i bought a sofa on interest free cred, had it 3 months and its gone flat, upholsterer said it had a manufacturing fault with arm.was offered a repair from company, but refused after looking at the awful reviews on this sofas durability.then offered a replacement or a different sofa of the same price or more.cant find one i like.they are refusing me a refund and saying it is an isolated incident and was not returned within there 30 day return policy. a sofa should last longer than this surely.i have asked to exchange the sofa for a laptop of the same price.do i have rights to refuse replacement and demand a refund? what do you reccomend as my next step?

as above really, they have done what they are legally required to do, accept a replacement and if it happens again, you may be in a stronger position to get them to refund.Back by no demand whatsoever.0
