Hapitual residency test and foriegn bank account

hi
i am planning to apply for benefits where i have got the hapitual residency test doucment. in the same form,i have asked for any bank account that i have kept in my own country. yes. i have bank account and i dont have any money in the bank account. last time, i send around 1000 pounds 6 months back for my expenses that i occurred in india when i was in holiday. that is my account and my brother is using the account.
will it be a problem for me in getting benefits.
more situation about me.
immigration control status: permanant resident.
worked status: used to work in uk for the last 6 years without break and now no work for past two weeks
staying in uk continously for the past 6 years.
please give yor feedback.

I cant see that Habitual Residence will be a problem - if you have worked and paid national insurance contributions for the last six years you should be entitled to Contributory benefit anyway.0
