please advise

hi everybody.
im new to this as i never had to do this before.
i purchace a power supply for my PC 14 months ago from ebuyer. and yestarday it stopped working. i contact ebuyer as the manifacture garantee is 3 years. how ever ebuyer refuse to honour that as they give 1 year only. kingwin (the manifacture) said to me to contact ebuyer as they based in US. now at kingwing website said that their goods covered with 1 year warranty but if you check the actual product is 3 years. also other stores online give 3 years. please help as i dont know where to now.

May I ask emmanouil, do you have any proof of the warranty on any paperwork you may have received when you purchased the product?

I'm looking for the box but i don't think i have it any more. i contact the manufacture which based in US but the deferents of time makes everything to delay more. ebuyer still refuse to accept the guarantee. on the manufacture website says 3 year guarantee for this product.
