post office car insurance - change of address

Hi there,
recently moved - need to change address with post office - to do this they charged me £20. Is this normal? I was a little bemused when doing this because it was a simple change of address - the premium went up but I could accept that as different areas are higher/ lower risk.
Any thoughts?

Virtually all brokers charge a fee for this, so yes. Some direct insurers don't charge as long as it doesn't trigger a change in premium (ie you move to a dodgey area)Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0
