refund on visa debit card

Hi I'm hoping someone can give me some advice

I ordered some personalised polo shirts and tabards on line, this was on the 6th of May, the money was taken from my visa debit card straight away, the website states the orders are dipatched in 2-3 working days, I hadn't heard anything for over a week so e-mailed them, no reply so a few days later gave them a phone, they said the writing was a problem as it was too small and they would have to amend it slightly, (why they didn't get in touch to let me know I don't know!!) any way he said he would amend it accordingly and e-mail me over the result for aproval, it never happened and I've heard nothing since.
I've tried e-mailing but they are now bouncing back, tried messaging through their website but get the page not found message coming up.
Have phoned and got no answer.
The order value was only £72.50 but I'm well hacked off at being treated like this, can I do anything or do I have no come back as the goods don't come to £100 or over?

i believe a visa debit card has no minimum amount you can do a " charge back " so you have nothing to loose, its credit cards that have a £100 minimum.

Ah, thanks Chrissy, I'll get on to the bank and sort that out
