Nochex?????

Hi Guys

A couple of weeks ago I was told about Bumblebee Auctions and thoought I would have a look and register. To do so you had to register with a PayPal type company called Nochex, which I started to do. A credit card had to be registered so I used the same one as on my Paypal account. It did say it was going to take a debit of anywhere between 0.01 and £1.99 to confirm it was a valid account.

When I clicked submit, it took a dislike to my DOB (im a leap year baby!) and wouldn't go to the next page. In total I tried three times and gave it up as a bad job.

Anyway Visa bill has come and guess what 3 charges on my account. £1.95, £1.90 and £1.88.

Has anyone else heard of them or had any problems? Any tips on getting this money back?

Thank you

At one time I used to offer Nochex along side Paypal for Ebay sales. I have never had a problem with them. Have you contacted them about this.

I have tried to call them several times but it goes straight to an answer machine. I am going to try again after 10am and then leave a message and hope someone does reply!!!

I used to use nochex many moons ago as an alongside payment to paypal, lots of UK buyers seemed to use them.

Never had any problems with them, but haven't used them for a long time.

Nochex were fine a few years back but suddenly went downhill in the past couple of years. They charge for not using your account enough, they hold funds for sellers and more and more problems seem to crop up if you Google search them now.
