I think it's a difficult one to answer, sometimes carrots will resprout leaves and sometimes not, if they are really small they are probably dead, if they are big enough to be eaten, then eat them.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0

Agree with Lotus on this one,as I always believe that the green above the soil is putting energy into what is below.
That said if you cut the top of a carrot and put it into a saucer of water is normally sprouts.0 -
