How do I arrange a visit/Do you assign visits?
Once you have been approved through our application process, You need to contact our office by telephone to arrange a convenient date to visit the leisure club for the first time. We will advise you on the dates and times of day which you can visit on.

What do the visits involve?
Only two of your club visits will involve completing a questionnaire on your observations and these visit dates will be agreed with The Mystery Leisure Company. The first will be a sign up assessment visit ( your very first visit to the club). The second with be an assessment of standards observed on a particular day plus opinions of your club experiences to date. The rest of your visits can be done in your own time at times to suit you. For all of your visits we will require you to complete 2-3 sentences about your visit in your online visit log page.

You will agree your first sign up assessment visit with one of our schedulers, which will be set for a specific location, date and time window. Just like a regular customer, you will be required to turn up unannounced and enquire about the possibility of joining the club. You will observe a range of customer service issues, such as staff helpfulness and club standards. You will then tell us about your experience by completing a questionnaire online.

Following a few visits under your own steam we will then arrange another assessment date for you to visit the club and observe a set of criteria briefed beforehand.

There is lots more info on the link if you are interested

Does anyone know if there is a danger that they might not re-imburse the membership fee?
Just wondering if they are reputable since I have not heard of them (but that doesn't mean anything!)
If any of you have heard or experience on this, love to hear from you.

    Thanks

In the terms & conditions it says you must do the first few visits at agreed times & fill out the questionaires promptly
