Tutti Bambini and their delivery people

I got back home to day to find my garage filled with around 8 huge packages, meant for a neighbour.
Apparantly, the delivery men knocked on the door holding a small package and asked my daughter and son if they would accept a delivery. They agreed, not realising that several large parcels were in the van. My son even helped the driver lift and carry them as he couldn't cope!! I'm talking wardrobes, drawers, a cot etc.
The trully awful bit is that the goods were for a suspended order as the baby has been born prematurely and it's not certain yet if he'll make it.
My neighbour had phoned them and categorically stated that he wanted the order put on hold.
I tried to phone the company, only to get a message stating their opening hours 9-5. It was 4.40 and they weren't answering the phone.
Our neighbour is distraught. What an awful position for him to be in and what poor service by Tutti Bambini as well as the appalling quality of their delivery service.
