Most likely they need watering.
They have very shallow roots so you will need to keep an eye on the soil.

Raspberries are native to woodlands and hedgerows. While they like the sun, they also like dappled shade. They really take off when their roots are covered with a mulch in spring - I put down a thick layer of home-made compost and rotting leaves. Once their roots are kept cool they seem to do well anywhere - mine face south.
I take it that your raspberries are quite new to their spot. If so, then they might find it a bit hot and dry at the moment. Don't worry - it's only a temporary thing.
Give them a bucket of water and put some mulch around the stems to keep the water in and the roots cool - straw, compost, wet newspapers, fluff from your vacuum cleaner, anything. That will give them the ideal conditions to bed in if we have a dry, hot spell over the next month. (You can remove the newspapers and fluff after that! :rotfl:)
