Radiator types

Evening all,
Can anyone explain what DC and DP+ mean with reference to radiator types. I got measurements for radiators I need in various rooms, but cannot work out what these refer to?
Also, is there much difference in quality in the various makes, or are they all much of the sameness?
many thanks,
Esh

Double Panel with double convector AKA K2
DP+ is a double panel with single convector AKA P+
A convector is a row of metal fins between the panels.
You get what you pay for. The better brands tend to have a longer warranty. Standard rads look pretty much identical.

Take long warranties on radiators with a pinch of salt. Most manufacturers will blame the system water for them failing and not cough up0
