Does anyone have an email address for Student Finance England? Last year you could log on and message them from your account but this year that option seems to be missing. I have rang, takes hours, and even sent them mail.

Doesn't take that long to get through on the phone? Only ever been a few mins for me, they're open till quite late as well. Try to call when everyone else is out at school/uni. Mid morning's usually good.
